Brad has been a General Contractor in commercial and residential real estate and land development for almost 40 years. He's finished projects of all sizes across the country for big brand names as well as individual homeowners.
Kylie Jorgensen
Marketing and Permit Coordinator
Kylie was born and raised in Mesa, Arizona. She graduated from Brigham Young University with a Bachelor's Degree in Technology & Engineering Studies with an emphasis in Graphic Design. Kylie has a minor in art and another in design.
Ralph Courtney
Superintendent
Ralph is a native Arizonan, born and raised! He comes with a background in cabinets and trim carpentry and enjoys the finer details of a home. He loves to extend his knowledge in any area and all aspects of the construction process.
Brendan Gilbert
Project Manager
Brendan's been in the industry for about 5 years, and his favorite phase of construction is the finishing stages! He loves seeing the final pieces of the project come together.
Megan Montoya
Project Coordinator & Home Sales
Megan was born and raised in the great state of Montana! She and her husband have been together for almost 17 years and lived in 8 different states with the military.
Cassidy Howard
Selections & Marketing Coordinator
Cassidy is a born-and-raised Arizona girl who loves to bake, sing karaoke, and do puzzles. She married a Washington boy about a year and a half ago, and they love visiting his home state as much as possible.
Nick Young
Co-Owner / General Contractor
Nick has been in the construction industry since 2009. He is married with 2 boys that keep him busy. He loves spending time with his family and being outdoors.
Todd Burt
Development Superintendent
Todd grew up in Taylor Arizona. He has a wife and three kids, and he loves spending time with them doing basically anything. They make everything fun. Todd also loves to dirt bike, and his favorite food is dessert, especially Tres Leches!
