Groundwork to Grand Opening

Pad Prep

Our crew prepped the building pad—cut/fill, subgrade, and ABC—so the structure could go up on a stable, on-spec base with proper drainage.

Drive-Thru Prep

Concrete curbs and islands are set; the drive-thru is being prepared for asphalt. Subgrade and base are conditioned for a clean, even pave.

Asphalt Paving

Hot-mix asphalt placed and compacted to spec around the building—smooth drive lanes, tight tie-ins, and a finished surface ready for traffic.

Coordinated Paving

Quick peek on-site: we paused paving until underground utilities were installed. Now that they’re in, Leon shows how we prep the base and edges—grade, compact, and fine-tune—for a clean, durable asphalt pour.
